Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
To our dynamic Campaigns team in the Laboratory Weighing unit, we seek for a Marketing Support Specialist. 

Your main task will be to support the team in administrative tasks related to content creation and marketing documentation management.  

Your tasks: 
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, supporting the marketing team’s daily operations.
  • Independently manage document-related tasks including change requests, uploads to sales and marketing repositories, and ensuring proper tagging and archiving of documents for easy retrieval.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of global email campaigns, working closely with the eBusiness team, supporting them in developing engaging content that drives customer engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Product Management teams to create compelling email content for global campaigns.
  • Coordinate other assigned marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company strategy.

What You Need to Succeed
  • At least 2 years of working experience in administration, marketing or similar field in an international organization, preferably in a B2B environment, 
  • Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written),
  • Knowledge of MS Office,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Strong organizational skills with focus on details and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment,
  • Willingness to grow in the marketing area.
Nice to have: 
  • Experience with document management systems.
