Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Your role
✔️ Do you want to gain your first experience in accounting?  
✔️ Do you want to combine your studies with work?  
✔️ Are you comfortable communicating in French and English?  
✔️ Are you studying or have you graduated in accounting/bookkeeping/economics, or maybe in a completely different field but want to enter the world of accounting?

Join our accounting team and support the AR (Accounts Receivable) team in daily accounting tasks.

Your responsibilities
  • Contact customers regarding the settlement of overdue receivables in different languages (English and French),
  • Attaching emails in SAP,
  • Checking if the customer’s orders have been released,
  • Daily contact with the customers to clear their accounts and solve the problems,
  • Processing emails on generic mailboxes,
  • Daily contact with different business areas.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Fluent French and English (min. B2),
  • Numerical and analytical skills,
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines,
  • Attention to details,
  • Multitasking,
  • Good communication skills.
