Drive Innovation: Lead the way in promoting ProdX Inspect within our global marketing and strategic business units. You’ll help shape the future of our product as it monitors production results and device health for state-of-the-art systems like Checkweighers, Metal Detectors, X-Rays and more!

Global Influence: Work with teams around the world! You’ll collaborate with product teams, sales teams and service units to ensure our customers’ voices are heard and their needs are met.

Learn and Grow: This is more than just a job; it’s a chance to develop your skills in business development, sales training, and software strategy. You’ll create impactful sales tools and training programs that empower our teams to succeed.

Make an Impact: Be the go-to source for market trends and customer insights. Your understanding of customer needs will help guide product development and shape our strategic direction.

What You’ll Do:
  • Strategize for Success: Design and execute creative business development strategies that elevate ProdX and drive sales growth.
  • Connect with Customers: Deliver engaging presentations that showcase the value of ProdX. Your enthusiasm will inspire both internal teams and key customers.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work with our talented software teams to define user requirements, create business plans, and manage the product portfolio.
  • Launch with Impact: Develop market strategies that ensure a successful product launch and maintain strong market presence.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Gather feedback through research, surveys, and direct interactions to help us understand and respond to evolving market needs.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Ambitious Spirit: A track record of success in business development, particularly in software products or industrial environments.
  • Creative Thinker: Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative growth strategies.
  • Communication Pro: Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively convey ideas and influence others.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of software and IT networks, along with a willingness to learn more.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work across diverse teams and achieve shared goals.
  • Willingness to travel as required
