As a Field Sales Representative - PI (North) at Mettler - Toledo Philippines, Inc., you will be responsible for driving sales and growing the customer base across the Northern Philippines region. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers in the assigned territory.

• Understand customer needs and requirements and provide tailored solutions and product demonstrations.

• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate sales records and provide detailed reporting on activities and performance.

• Stay up to date with product knowledge of Mettler Toledo Philippines.

• Minimum 2-3years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the Sales Representatives/Consultants industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Preferably Graduate of Industrial Engineering or bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
