Marketing Planning Database Management Email Marketing Leads Management/Nurturing KPI's/Data Analysis | ØDrive the creation of the local plan, working together as a team, involving sales. Define parameters, campaign elements: conceptualization and upfront estimation of KPIs. ØConceptualization, decision making, planning and organization of qualified customer database for targeted segments. . ØPassionately drives constant improvement in the CRM databases. ØDefine periodical and ad-hoc processes to maintain and improve data quality. ØPrecision data analysis of large data, working with databases and Excel. ØTarget the right contacts with engaging content at the right time. ØSending to smaller micro-segments (data mining) increasingly differentiated emails, tweaking messages based on performance, avoiding spam. ØCreators and enforcers of fast and flexible distribution processes for leads within the organization, Øcreating and leveraging nurturing programs for cold leads. ØExperts in opportunities offered by new marketing platform. ØConceptualize the buying cycle of customers but pragmatic in adapting to the local resources. ØApply strong analytical skills to correctly interpret campaigns results across different media, considering the cycle end-to-end from lead to order, communicating meaningful results. ØTurn data into intelligence into actions. |
·Degree in any discipline preferably in Business Management, Marketing or related field
·Able to read and communicate in English fluently
·Knowledge of CRM tools and manufacturing Industries (egF&B, Pharmaceutical, Chemical) and B2B Marketing
·Basic understanding and appreciation of products and applications in above mentioned industries
·Minimum 8 years working experience in a marketing Environment with sound experience in customer database expansion, telemarketing and execution of marketing campaigns (email and mailers)
·Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability
Preferred:
·Proven experience in a similar role in a manufacturing industry
·People management experience
·Consistent top performer with strong project management skills
·Conceptualization, decision making, planning and organizational skills

·Adept to manufacturing market trends and buying

Project ManagementVARIABLE COMPENSATION | |
Thirteen Month Pay | 1/12 of the annual basic salary, pro-rated according to government mandated policy |
Variable Bonus or Corporate Bonus | Upon regularization, the Employee will be entitled to an annual variable bonus for each completed year of service as per the calendar year ended 31st December. If the Employeeworked for only a portion of the year, the Employee will be entitled to a bonus on a pro-rated basis provided he/she is no longer under probation. The amount of the bonus will be at the discretion of the Management and based on individual and company performance. |
Company mobile phone | Company will provide phone with Php2,000.00 postpaid plan, any excess thereof shall be borne by the employee. |

Life & Accident Insurance | PhP300,000.00 & PhP300,000 coverage, respectively upon hiring |
HMO | PhP150,00.00 (per member, per sickness); covered are legal spouse and 2 kids upto 21 yrs old) – effective at most 30days from hiring date |
