Development Engineer Test Systems in R&D (m/w/d) 100%

In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie folgende Tätigkeiten:
  • Sie sind die Hauptansprechperson in unserer R&D in Bezug auf Produktionswerkzeuge (HW/SW) und treiben die Aktivitäten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Automatisierung voran.
  • Zu dieser herausfordernden Tätigkeit gehören die Ausarbeitung von Anforderungen der benötigten mechatronischen Fertigungs- und Prüfmittel, sowie die Erarbeitung und Dokumentation der entsprechenden Testkonzepte.
  • Die Mitarbeit in Produktentwicklungsprojekten für marktreife Präzisionsinstrumente gehört ebenso zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich, wie die Pflege und Betreuung derer Produktions-prozesse über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus.
  • Dabei vertreten Sie Anforderungen wie DfA, DfT und Rückverfolgbarkeit, sowie Kosten-effizienz und Einhalten von Unternehmensrichtlinien.
  • Ihre fundierten Softwarekenntnisse ermöglichen Ihnen die eigenständige Entwicklung und Pflege von Produktionssoftware, sowie deren Integration, Verifikation und Validierung in unserer Produktionsumgebung (Produkttests / Prozesskontrolle).
  • Sie haben ein hervorragendes Gespür für Qualität und sind in der Lage, ein Problem aufzuspüren und es einzugrenzen, bis Sie es gemeinsam mit den Operations- und Ingenieurteams lösen.
What You Need to Succeed
Folgende Anforderungen stellen wir an diese Position:
  • Höherer Abschluss (HF, FH/BSc, MSc) in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Systemtechnik o.ä. 
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Produktionstesttechnik, im Prozessdesign und in der Softwareprogrammierung.
  • Interesse an globalen Supply-Chain-Management-Prozessen ist notwendig .
  • Gutes Verständnis für komplexe Hard- und Softwaresysteme.
  • Gute Software-Programmierkenntnisse in C# / .NET, LabView, Python und Verständnis für den Datenbankzugriff sind erforderlich.
  • Sie sind eine pragmatische, proaktive und flexible Persönlichkeit die sowohl eigenständig als auch im Team arbeitet.
  • Zudem verfügen Sie über eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Zuverlässigkeit.
  • Auf Grund des internationalen Umfeldes kommunizieren Sie fliessend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
