    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
    Job Description:

    • People manager role.
    • Be an expert on electrochemistry measurement as a technique for laboratory applications.
    • Provide pre- and post- sales support to internal (sales and service team) and external (dealers and end-customers) stakeholders.
    • Provide support via email-based support tool, telephone or online discussions.
    • Conduct online and classroom trainings for sales and service colleagues from Market Organizations in the Asia-Pacific region.
    • Conduct online as well as on-site trainings, webinars/seminars and product demonstrations/workshops for the end-customers of Asia-Pacific market.
    • Conduct online global sessions for Good Electrochemical Practices and Application Sessions.
    • Write workflows for various applications using MT data-management tool (LabX) and Automation for high-throughput.
    • Create training material and various reference documents as a part of our internal database.
    • Develop application and service expertise within the team.

    What You Need to Succeed
    Minimum Qualification / Requirements:

    • Ph.D. in Analytical/ Physical Chemistry or Engineering, desirable knowledge in electrochemistry/ titration/ water analysis.
    • Experience: 5 years in industry – Pharma, analytical labs or instrumentation. Work experience in MNC preferred. No Freshers.
    • Excellent analytical ability for problem solving and analytical hand in laboratory work.
    • Knowledge of Advanced Excel and Power Point.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication; skilled in comprehensive report writing and data compilation.
    • Team performer as well as team handling experience. Well-organized. Good intercultural soft skill.
    • Willing to travel within the country as well as in the Asia-Pacific region for customer demonstrations and trainings.
