    Process Transformation Expert - Business Analyst

    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
    As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for: 
    •  Analyzing and optimizing business processes through RPA and AI/ML 
    technologies. 
    •  Documenting requirements and creating project documentation like 
    PDDs and BRDs. 
    •  Conducting data analysis and reporting insights using SQL, Excel, and 
    Power BI. 
    •  Collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate technical 
    solutions effectively. 
    •  Identifying opportunities for automation and driving the implementation 
    of data-driven enhancements.
    What You Need to Succeed
    Education
    •  Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, 

    Qualification 
    Business, Finance, or a related field 
    •  Solid understanding of business processes and their integration with IT 
    systems 
    •  Awareness and Understanding of the latest developments and 
    advancements in technology 
    •  Additional certifications or coursework in SAP, RPA, AI, ML or related 
    areas are a plus 

    Technical 
    1.  Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and Advanced 
    Skills 
    technologies 
    2.  Understanding of software development principles and practices. Well 
    versed with creation of Project Documents like PDDs, BRDs etc. 
    3.  Understanding of Project Management Tools and Experience Around the 
    same 
    4.  Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, 
    Power BI and other data analysis tool.

    1.  Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated 
    ability to dissect complex problems and develop effective, data-driven 
    solutions 
    2.  A proactive problem-solving mentality, with a passion for identifying 
    opportunities for improvement and taking initiative to implement 
    solutions 
    3.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to 
    explain technical concepts to diverse audiences. 
    4.  Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to 
    prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet 
    deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
