Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
1. Planning and execution of all type of Service Calls on Weekly / Monthly basis without any escalation. Ensuring Top quality service to both internal and external customers for LabTech Instrument with high productivity.
2. Improve Customer Experience thru technical solutions, communication skills, pro-active planning
3. Demonstrate good technical knowledge of Analytical Chemistry instruments and LabTec scales / products
4. Generate leads for services and products based on customer needs 
5. Take ownership and deliver on the Key performance indicators for business and operations
6. Responsible to build customer relationship
7. Lead LAB Service performance levels by demonstrating organisation values through on-field services and through communication skills
8. Deliver on Good documentation practices as per organisation plan.    
To efficiently deliver Service Support for Anachem/Labtec Products in NCR Region with customer centric approach and with high integrity.
What You Need to Succeed
Qualification & Experience :

Diploma or B.E in Electronics / Instrumentation with min.
Experience in similar field
Sound Knowledge on executing installation and operational qualifications of Instruments as per quality documentation systems and good documentation practices.
Converstant with PM delivery protocols in Pharma accounts.
Experience on Compliance Software connectivity of Analytical Instruments would be a added advantage.
Language proficiency: English - Good Verbal and written communication skills are a must. Other local / regional language proficiency would be an advantage

OVERALL SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE : 

Hands -on experience on service of Anachem Products like pH/Conduc meters, Autoitrators, KF Titrators, Melting point Instruments/
Experience in service of Lab Weighing balances. Experience on Installation/PM and Break-fix of Anachem instruments and Lab weighing balances Exposure on Compliance software connectivity, installation and validation.
