- Assist with the integration plan to ensure smooth transition for people, data, processes, and customers
- Execute collectively with NSM and SD&D team to minimize customer impact and business performance
- Train team on SAP/MT processes and ensure proper execution thereof
- Manage, cleanse, and transform large data sets to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with SAP requirements. Assist in the preparation, manipulation, and validation of data load files to support seamless data migration and integration into SAP systems.
- Support and lead Cutover Activities during system transitions to ensure seamless migration
- Provide Hypercare Support post-implementation to address issues and support users during stabilization period. Demonstrate continued successful business performance post 'go-live'
- Program Planning (work planning, scope management, effort estimates, resource planning, financial planning)
- Program Scheduling (decomposition into tasks and milestones based on methodology, training on methodology e.g. tasks, deliverables, tools)
- Risk Analysis (potential problem identification, probabilities, impact and counter-measures)
- Program Tracking; monitoring of project execution against the defined plan and schedule using KPIs e.g. costs. Using time and progress tracking data from the respective tools
- Test Management; preparation and coordination of test activities across all teams
- Related Administrative Tasks (Prepare agenda and content for weekly Program Management and Leadership Team Meetings, Change Request Management Process, Scheduling and Organization of Program wide meetings, workshops and trainings)
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Work with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Draft and submit budget proposals for approval, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
- Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during the project cycle.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
- Conduct post-project audits and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or closely related discipline is preferred; or a minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of prior experience in data analysis
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Fundamental analytic and conceptual thinking skills
- Proven ability to operate in a multi-tasking environment.
- Track record of timely delivery of projects
- Strong customer service, analytical, and reasoning skills. Better than average written and communication skills required.
- Ability to develop processes from conceptual stage to completion
- Significant experience with ERP and/or CRM systems, particularly in the areas of service management, preferably SAP CRM and ECC.
- Must be a self-starter who will identify problems and initiate corrective actions without specific direction from supervisor.
- Strong ability to interface with other departments and teams in a professional and cooperative manner.
- Experience with KNIME and Python is beneficial but not required
- Travel requirements for this position are typically less than 30%.(But some international travel may be required)
