Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Participate in Requirements Analysis, task management, work breakdown, estimation, scheduling.
  • Design, implement and maintain reusable code/components.
  • Implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for development as per standards defined by the organization.
  • Meet the quality, cost, and schedule target for your projects.
  • Identity, monitor and handle the dependencies and risks.
  • Help the team to troubleshoot the issues.
  • Ensure content and structure of all development artefacts are documented and maintained.
  • Share ideas to improve code quality and contribute to the reviews.
  • Adhere to development coding standards and recommend continuous improvement of processes for development.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders across time zones.
  • Keep yourself and the team updated with latest industry developments.
  • 3rd level support to users.

What You Need to Succeed
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related field.
  • Work Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in development
  • Proficient in programming languages such as C#/.Net
  • Proficient with Integrated Development Environment’s (IDE) MS Visual Studio 2019/2022 
  • Database design including indexes, stored procedures, SQL query and data integrity in SQL server database. 
  • Experience in ORM (Object Relational Mapping) Entity Framework.
  • Strong experience in effective unit testing application with frameworks like MSTest, NUnit or xUnit.
  • Hands on experience in application, API test automation.
  • Experience in desktop application development using WPF, WinForms and DevExpress controls. 
  • Strong working knowledge in SOLID design principles and Design patterns
  • Hands-on experience in Azure DevOps with Git.
  • Experience in understand and analysing the requirements and provide the estimates.
  • A passion for clean code and pragmatic, elegant design.
  • Experience in working with existing codebase refactoring and maintenance.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)

Nice to have skill / experience:

  • Knowledge of Static application security testing (SAST) using BlackDuck (SCA), Coverity, SonarQube.
  • Knowledge on performance tuning and monitoring of SQL servers.
