Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Analyse, evaluate and implement custom developments in SAP, FIORI, BTP according to the specifications and the ABAP Development processes. 
  • Write technical designs and execute unit tests.
  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis. 
  • Present strong ownership of driven changes, support delivery, and make sure that change properly goes through its lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to our development operating model and guidelines as well as best practices (code quality, performance optimization, Documentation Quality). Actively participate the Code Quality review process.
  • Be a strong partner for your counterparts in the functional Product teams to implement the business needs.  
  • Provide status updates to Product owner and respective Stakeholders; Timely escalation of issues to avoid delivery delay.
What You Need to Succeed
Specification
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (CSE, IT, or relevant fields) or equivalent
  • Years of Professional Experience
  • More than 3 years of SAP CRM development experience.
  • Experience with complex implementation and support projects, at least one international full-cycle implementation projects (preferable)

Knowledge of 
  • Develop and enhance solutions using ABAP, enhancements/BADIs, user exits, BOL/GENIL and interfacing technologies (Proxy, BDOC, RFC), with good understanding of CDS/AMDP, SAP BTP programming models and Fiori/UI5 front end development. 
  • Prepare clear technical designs, perform unit testing (including automation where applicable), and conduct thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis across CRM, S/4HANA, BTP and Fiori layers.
  • Take strong ownership of changes from design through build, test, deployment and hypercare, ensuring they move reliably through the full change lifecycle and are well documented. Analyse, design and implement custom developments in SAP (mainly CRM, but also S/4HANA and BTP) following ABAP development processes, coding standards and performance best practices
  • Ensure strict adherence to the team’s development of operating model, including code quality, performance optimization, secure coding, documentation quality and active participation in code reviews.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical, debugging and problem solving skills, with strong communication, teamwork, proactive attitude, willingness to learn
  • Excellent analytical, debugging skills and Problem-Solving skills
  • Understanding on Agile development process – is plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and communicative team player with a critical, yet result-oriented and willingness to learn, Self-motivated, positive attitude. 
  • Very good English skills (written and spoken)
