您的工作职责
  • 新产品开发 / ETO订单支持（60%） 
    •  独立负责重大新产品或ETO订单的研发及设计。
    • 根据产品开发程序，遵循DFMEA及Fit for Use 理念对设计输出的及时性、齐全性、准确性、设计质量等负责，积极跟进新产品的开发进度和成本的控制 
    • 在产品设计过程中有意识的运用模块化理念以提升复用度 
    •  参与新产品的开发进度和成本的控制 
  •  现有产品线生命周期管理（20%） 
    •  处理较复杂严重的质量问题，对产品线进行优化改进 
    •  主导现有产品的日常维护，包括处理质量问题、持续改进、降本等 
    •  参与部门标准化工作，并在实际开发中落地以降低生产、维护等环节的复杂度及成本 
  •  预研项目及其它（20%） 
    •  积极开发和应用新技术、新理念、新工艺，做好技术储备，参与创新项目的构思和预研
    •  定期总结、归纳设计经验，撰写技术报告并推动知识技术分享活动
    • 指导初级工程师的研发与设计，对疑难技术问题进行定位和处理
    • 根据业务发展需要，完成上级交办的其他临时工作或项目
您的成功要素
  • 教育背景 
    •  学士学位及以上学历，机械设计、机械工程类相关专业
  • 工作年限及经验 
    •  2 年以上工作经验 有机械传动、气动及自动化控制设备设计经验，能适应快节奏的客户定制化设计工作 
    •  在机械安全、卫生设计及IP防护等领域有丰富的设计经验
  • 专业技能要求 
    •  能够独立承担新产品开发项目和复杂应用订单的主设计 
    •  熟悉钣金件、结构件、焊接件、机加工件的结构设计与制作工艺流程路线， 熟悉各种常用金属材料及非金属材料的性能及加工特性，熟悉前沿加工工艺发展
    • 熟悉机械传动结构及运动副设计
    • 熟悉气动元件气路设计及基本的机电一体化控制流程
    • 具备良好的沟通协调能力，很好进行内外部沟通， 具备良好的团队合作精神，能够指导工程师的研发与设计 
    • 具备较强的工作责任心和进取心
    • 熟练使用英语读写及口语交流
