Service Contracts Administration Specialist with French (All genders)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Join our service administration team. 

Your main responsibility will be managing service contracts while supporting French-speaking business customers.

The internal job title that will be included in the contract of employment is : Service Administration Specialist. 

Your main tasks:
  • Service contract administration, 
  • Manage customer data, update data in the system based on information delivered by technicians or customers, 
  • Customer e-mail enquiries related to contract maintenance and contract renewal, 
  • Effective quote processing in SAP based on the agreement with the customer, 
  • Create agreed contract features relevant for appropriate services, 
  • Invoice of contract, ensure timely and accurate billing to customers, 
  • Cooperation with business partners in countries supported by the team, 
  • Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving all relevant documents, 
  • Prepare statistics and reports related to service administration.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Professional experience in similar positions,
  • Very good knowledge of French (B2), 
  • Good knowledge of English, 
  • Well-developed MS Office skills, 
  • Quick to learner and detail-oriented, 
  • Ability to work according to clearly defined rules and to manage priorities while meeting deadlines.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
  • CV selection – we contact selected candidates
  • Phone screening with a Recruiter (approx. 15 min)
  • Initial interview with the Manager and Recruiter (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
