Credit Control Executive
Location Petaling Jaya, Selangor Publicatiedatum February 28, 2025 Job ID 18798Key Purpose of the Role: Responsible for managing the debts of a company, ensuring timely payments of company debts.
Strategic Outcome: Integral part of the team responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate finance function within a business.
Key Responsibilities
1) Credit Control:
- Liaison person for new credit requests and assist on client credit checks.
- Managing and collecting debts from company debtors.
- Assist on cash application.
- Managing the collection of all payments and debts.
- Responding to client inquiries.
- Assist on providing relevant documents for the invoices.
- Liaising with customers and the sales team.
- Taking care customer database – Statement of account (SOA) & special requirement from customer related to SOA
- Liaison person and work closely with operation team on day-to-day billing duties
- Perform administrative tasks as required to meet the department’s needs
- Good Interpersonal and Verbal/Written Communication
- Ability to prioritise and control own workload
- Willing to learn with positive attitude and customer-oriented
- Team player with good communication and strong initiative
- Knowledge on SAP will be added advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office especially MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Results-driven and patient
- High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree preferable in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration and/or related/equivalent field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar position (fresh graduate are welcome)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Words and Outlook
- Proactive, take initiative and well organized
- Efficient in solving problems, and working with diverse variables
