    The Service Lab MarCom projects assistant will support the Global Service Lab Marketing and Communication teams in implementing the Marketing Planner activities and running the daily

    Your responsibilities will be divided as follows: 

    Global Service Lab Initiatives

    • SET (our internal sales collaterals management tool)
    • Collaterals updates and translations management
    •  Service Lab integration into Lab Product collaterals
    • Usage Reports publication and highlights
    •  Collaterals Overview/ internal catalog maintenance and optimization
    • Miscellaneous cleaning projects support
    • Communication projects
    • New collaterals creation based on planner, needs and opportunities (Brochures, 2Pagers, Datasheets …)
    • Social media campaigns
    •  Internal launch communication packages
    •  Internal Newsletter

    Communication projects

    • New collaterals creation based on planner, needs and opportunities (Brochures, 2Pagers, Datasheets …)
    •  Social media campaigns
    • Internal launch communication packages
    • Internal Newsletter
    •  New Lab Service Visualizations
    Profil recherché
    Your Profile :
    • You are currently preparing your master's diploma in marketing and communication, business or management, ideally 2nd year of master's
    •  Shakespeare's language is something you already master like a pro (C1 Level of English Written and Spoken) 
    • You feel at ease working with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
    • Indesign bears no secrets for you!
    • You are well-known by your autonomy and your synthesis capacities 
    • Good communicator  at heart, talking and communicating with different stakeholders interests you!
    • Coordinating projects is something that appeals you 
    • You are often described as creative ?
