Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Providing the highest quality maintenance services, such as installations, preventive maintenance, calibrations, technical inspections and repairs.
  • Conducting training in the use of equipment, using modern technical and training materials.
  • Providing technical advice, consultation and support related to our products and services.
  • Accurate maintenance of service records and regular reporting of the status of service orders.
  • Participation in national and international service training.
  • Taking care of customer satisfaction in accordance with the high standards of our company.
  • Representing the company in the best possible way and building long-term relationships with customers.
  • Close cooperation with other departments of the company, including the sales team, back office team and other service technicians.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Technical education (preferably in Electrical Engineering).
  • Technical skills in areas such as IT, mechanics, electronics and computer science.
  • Good knowledge of English, Slovenian language is a benefit.
  • Ability to work in Team environment
  • Experience in repairing electronic devices.
  • Ability to read electrical diagrams.
  • Independence, creativity, initiative in action and good organization of work.
  • A systematic approach to problem solving.
  • Availability for frequent travel (4 days per week on average).
  • Category B driving license.
