PLM Solution Architect

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
On this position, the PLM Solution Architect will take technical ownership of template components, provide architectural guidance, and ensure best practices in collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and PLM Architects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and review architectural decisions for the team,
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and PLM Solution Architects,
  • Support and supervise Developers within the E2E product team,
  • Ensure adherence to design principles and best practices,
  • Prioritize technical enabler stories for timely delivery,
  • Assist in prioritizing the product backlog (Product Owner Team - POT),
  • Investigate incidents to identify patterns and conduct root cause analysis,
  • Collaborate with the Solution Specialist on complex incident analysis (3rd level support),
  • Support the Solution Specialist during Hypercare phases.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent education,
  • 5+ years of experience in PLM systems and processes as a Solution Architect, System Engineer or as consultant, 
  • Proficiency with the following tools: PLM applications (Siemens Teamcenter is a plus), ALM applications (Polarion is a plus), Azure DevOps and knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies,
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
  • Ability to communicate across different teams (i.e., R&D, Operations), 
  • Independent and precise working style with strong problem-solving skills and understanding og complex processes and interdependencies, 
  • Excellent team player capabilities and communication skills.
