Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Analyze service business and related data and processes using advanced analytics tools (e.g. SQL, Python, KNIME).
  • Create meaningful data visualization to support data analysis using advanced visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud).
  • Regularly collect and enrich installed base and other service data of the Market Organizations and support data quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain high quality of data in the SQL database and ensure good performance of the database
  • Prepare specific datasets and queries
  • Optimize the Service Sales Force Guidance process and Service Sales activities in Market Organizations across the world
  • Identify areas of improvement and business development opportunities to grow the service business.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Educational background in IT / Business / Engineering or similar.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (min. C1).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or Python.
  • Basic knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud or KNIME.
  • Curious and open mind with an ability to work in a dynamic environment.
