Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Join our global Digital Business Services (DBS) team and play a key role in ensuring that IT operates securely, effectively, and in compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements. 
As an IT Compliance Specialist, you will work at the intersection of IT governance, information security, risk management, and audit, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to strengthen controls and drive continuous improvement across our global IT organization.

Your responsibilities: 
  • Manage planning and execution of the DBS IT Compliance activities across DBS.
  • Appropriately challenge internal customers to deliver high quality reports and control evidence in a timely manner.
  • Act as a SME on IT Compliance and IT General controls related matter and maintain relationship with key stakeholders in other departments such as Internal Audit, Global Security etc. 
  • Evaluate the results of IT controls testing, including the assessment of identified control deficiencies.
  • Coordinate IT internal control walkthroughs and testing.
  • Ensure that Control Owners identify and evaluate changes to processes and controls they own. And if required, IT general controls are updated accordingly.
  • Identifies gaps and areas for improvement in the IT Compliance Program and provide recommendations to management on improvements and mitigation.
  • Support responsible teams in review of standards, processes and procedures related to new and existing policies.
  • Drive remediation efforts by partnering with control owners to address identified compliance gaps and ensure timely closure of audit findings and control deficiencies
  • Maintain metrics and key performance indicators to monitor the overall health and effectiveness of the IT Compliance program. 

What You Need to Succeed
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in IT Compliance, IT Risk, IT Audit, Internal Controls, Information Security Governance or related areas, including experience supporting or coordinating internal and external IT audits.
  • Good understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC), risk management principles and compliance frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOX, NIS2 or equivalent.
  • Experience assessing control effectiveness, identifying compliance gaps and driving remediation activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex technical information and communicate it effectively to different audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple activities and manage stakeholders across different organizational levels.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and SharePoint.
This will be your additional asset: 
  • Experience with GRC platforms such as ServiceNow GRC, or similar solutions.
  • Experience with automation and process improvement tools (Power Automate, Power Platform, UiPath or similar).

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
  • CV selection – we contact selected candidates
  • Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
  • Initial interview with the Manager (video conference, approx. 1,5 hour)
  • F2F meeting at the office.
