Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Backoffice Position within Service Administration (Pipette Division).

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Process service Pipette orders, control quality and completeness of reports delivered by technicians,
  • Invoice of services, repairs and installations, ensure timely and accurate billing to customers,
  • Manage customer data, update data in the system based on information delivered by technicians or customers,
  • Manage service contract.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Good knowledge of English and French is a must (written and spoken, min. B2),
  • 1 year of professional experience in similar positions,
  • Very good MS Office skills,
  • Strong focus to details,
  • Strong customer orientation and service-oriented work,
  • Good understanding of complex business processes.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
  • CV selection – we contact selected candidates
  • Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
  • Initial interview with the Manager or technical Expert (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
  • F2F meeting at the office, video conference, or decision on the selection of the candidate and making an offer.

The information obligation arising from Article 18 [3ca] of the Labor Code is fulfilled before establishing the employment.
