Join our team as a PLM Technical Specialist (f/m/d) in the Product Structure/Bill of Material Product team, where you will play a key role in supporting R&D units with the creation and release of production data. This position is designed to provide support to the American market during the evening shift hours of 14:00 to 22:00. 

Internal job title, that will appear on the contract is PLM Solution Specialist,

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Support the end-to-end solution from Product Structure creation to managing and releasing Engineering and Manufacturing BOMs,
  • Provide tier 2 support by troubleshooting and resolving issues alongside power users (tier 1), 
  • Identify and propose improvements to enhance functionality, performance, automation, and user experience, 
  • Contribute to evolving global process templates, design guidelines, and quality checks with cross-functional collaboration, 
  • Maintain documentation such as user manuals and process guides to empower power users, 
  • Execute and maintain test scripts to ensure solution quality, 
  • Support enhancement and upgrade projects through all phases until production delivery, 
  • Conduct user training for new and updated functionalities.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education,  
  • Experience with change management processes (e.g., CMII, ITIL), 
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level), 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams such as R&D and Operations, 
  • Independent, accurate work style with high problem-solving skills and understanding of complex processes, 
  • Excellent team player with strong communication abilities,
  • Good knowledge of PLM systems; experience with Siemens Teamcenter is a plus.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
  • CV selection – we contact selected candidates
  • Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
  • Initial interview with the Manager or technical Expert (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
  • Providing candidates with information about the minimum salary for a given position and other components of remuneration by email after the initial interview.
  • F2F meeting at the office, video conference, or decision on the selection of the candidate and making an offer.
