Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for Ohaus and MT Online dealers and end users in all technical aspects relating to our weighing, laboratory equipment’s and electro-chemistry products - repairs, trouble shooting, applications, documentation, and product information.
  • Resolving product or service problems
  • Ensuring and providing quality service to internal and external customers.
  • Support and prepare the administration in relation to warranty failures.
  • Continuous improvement of technical know-how, language skills and software understanding
What You Need to Succeed
  • Proficiency in French and excellent English skills.
  • Professional experience in Customer or Technical Support would be an asset.
  • Good communication and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
  • An educational background in chemistry, biotechnology or similar would be an asset.
