Join us in this newly created role and help bring global product launches to life through compelling content, from landing pages and articles to video scripts and product collateral.
As a hands-on Content Marketing Specialist, you’ll work closely with technical experts and product leaders to shape clear, persuasive messaging that makes innovation meaningful to customers worldwide.
Your responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with Industrial Division product management, market management, and our worldwide sales organizations to develop content that boosts traffic, engagement, and conversion, ultimately driving demand generation.
• Deliver high-quality, value-focused materials (product launch collateral, campaign content, social media content, telemarketing scripts, SEO/GEO, etc.) to generate leads among key end-customer and various segments.
• Lead the content creation process holistically, ensuring alignment of text, imagery, and end-to-end user experience from banners to landing pages and value content pieces.
• Lead the creation and strategic promotion of diverse content types (product launch content, articles, videos, social media, brand campaigns) to establish product expertise, thought leadership, promote customer commitment messaging, and increase audience engagement across paid and organic channels, while aligning with diversity and inclusion guidelines.
• Understand and apply corporate design guidelines to support marketing materials such as email campaigns, web pages, brochures, and advertisements.
• Proactively educate content owners on integrating Service/SSPOS messaging into value-selling tools and conduct quality checks to present MT as a full-solution provider.
• Coach content authors through the content creation process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, fit-for-purpose materials.
What You Need to Succeed
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a technical or engineering field.
- At least 2 years of experience in content marketing, communications, copywriting, or a related marketing role.
- Excellent English copywriting and written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to create, edit, and refine clear, engaging, customer-focused content.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into compelling marketing messages for global audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
- Proactive, hands-on, and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively in a global team.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience in industrial, technical, or B2B marketing.
Working in a Global Team:
- Enjoy the flexibility of working with colleagues across different time zones, including occasional early-morning or evening meetings.
- Be open to international travel approximately 1–2 times per year.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
- CV selection – we contact selected candidates
- Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
- Initial interview with the Manager (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
- F2F meeting in our office with the Team and potential written English/content creation exercise to evaluate writing capabilities.
