Join METTLER TOLEDO's Process Analytics Division as a Writer & Content Creator Expert (all genders), where you will craft compelling, integrated marketing content that showcases our cutting-edge analytical technologies for liquid, gas, and pure water applications. Your storytelling will inspire and inform decision-makers across Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Food & Beverages, Semiconductors, and Power industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce engaging, multi-format marketing materials, including text, graphics, videos, and interactive content, to highlight our process analytical solutions, in collaboration with your design colleagues,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, industry management, design) to create aligned, impactful content,
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive messaging tailored for external stakeholders,
- Utilize AI and large language models (LLMs) tools to enhance content creation efficiency while maintaining brand voice and quality,
- Manage content integration to ensure cohesive storytelling across all platforms,
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and advances in AI-powered content creation,
- Support global teams with high-quality English content, ensuring linguistic excellence and brand consistency. Act as a content coach and quality assurance for our content.
What You Need to Succeed
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in similar position,
- Proficiency in English and exceptional writing and editing skills in this language (min. C1),
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and creative teams,
- Experience with multi-format content creation (written, visual, video),
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies, especially AI tools for content generation and optimization,
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
- Background or experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, or chemical process analytics is a plus.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
- CV selection – we contact selected candidates
- Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
- Initial interview with the Manager or technical Expert (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
- F2F meeting at the office, video conference, or decision on the selection of the candidate and making an offer.
