Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Key Purpose of the Role: To support the organization’s CRM data quality and marketing operations by ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data in SAP/CRM systems.

Strategic Outcome: Enable better customer engagement, improved campaign effectiveness, and stronger data governance through high-quality and reliable CRM data.

CRM Data Cleansing & Governance
  • Clean and standardize contact and account data in SAP/CRM systems
  • Reclassify and correct customer data labels and segmentation
  • Perform structured cleansing of historical data (up to 3 years)
Contact Qualification & Validation
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to verify customer information
  • Update CRM records with validated and accurate data
  • Maintain logs of validation activities
Documentation & Process Support
  • Develop simple job aids and user guides for CRM processes
  • Support internal documentation for CRM data handling and governance
Marketing Support
  • Create basic marketing visuals using Canva (e.g., email banners, social assets)
  • Assist with campaign-related operational tasks
Ad Hoc Support
  • Perform additional data cleansing and administrative tasks as assigned
What You Need to Succeed
Mandatory:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling
  • Comfortable making outbound calls for data verification
  • Ability to work onsite during training period
Preferred:
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics)
  • Prior exposure to data cleansing or administrative roles
  • Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools
  • Experience in marketing or customer data-related work
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
