    e-Commerce Quality Assurance Specialist (Web)

    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
    eCommerce Quality Assurance Analyst is part of Global eCommerce team in Mettler Toledo. He/She is responsible for testing of the developed Features, supporting UAT, raising and reviewing defects He/she works closely with both business representatives and internal team members to meet the team objectives and ensure quality of delivered features.

    • Collaborates with QA team members, Business Analysts and Developers to ensure proper testing is executed (all test phases)
    • Coordinates and executes cross functional testing (both initiated by eCommerce team and other teams)
    • Ensure QA best practices are followed in the team
    • When needed define the test scenarios, write test cases and define test scope
    • Participate in assessment, review of technical solutions against original requirements and acceptance criteria.

    What You Need to Succeed

    Educational Background

    • At least bachelor’s degree (Preferred – IT, System/Business Analysis)
    • Years of Professional Experience
    • Experience in testing Web Applications or ERP systems or similar (maintenance experience, analysis, etc.)

    Knowledge of

    • Experience and interest in using agile methods on projects, ideally Scrum,
    • Experience in testing, validations of web applications
    • Experience in defining test scenarios, test cases
    • Experience with e-Commerce projects and/or Java development projects would be an asset,
    • Knowledge of Hybris/SAP Commerce or similar systems


    Other Required Skills

    • Fluency in English is a must,
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a multinational team
