Product Manager Load Cell / Level Sensor
Location Nänikon, Kanton Zürich Publicatiedatum September 04, 2024 Job ID 17414- Innovation management: You gather market feedback from key customers and sales teams, identify market trends, and formulate new product requirements and innovations, driving them forward to create marketable products.
- Portfolio management: maintain, analyze, and optimize the existing portfolio to support business goals. Identify opportunities for future portfolio extensions. Create and maintain technical documentation, sales literature, white papers, etc. and product databases.
- You guide the R&D team in new product development projects and prepare and execute impactful global product launches.
- You provide technical and administrative support to sales teams and service technicians in Europe, and conduct advanced sales and service training.
- You support customer-specific projects involving load cells and level sensors, recommending viable technical solutions either in virtual meetings or during on-site visit.
- You work on sustainability initiatives that contribute to the corporate ESG goals
- You are the central go-to person for the load cell/level sensor product portfolio
- You hold a BSc or MSc degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or another engineering discipline, or in natural sciences
- You bring at least 3 years of experience as a business-to-business product manager of technical products
- You demonstrate the ability to innovate and possess knowledge about technical feasibility topics
- You have experience in the field of sensor technology is a plus
- You are a Team player with a high level of initiative and very good communication skills
- Quick comprehension, willingness to learn, high quality awareness and a strong collaboration mentality
- You have a keen understanding of different cultures and possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German, Additional languages are a plus
- You are proficient in the use of MS Office, and experience with SAP is considered a plus
- Readiness to travel globally, up to 15%
