R&D projects, application development and testing role. Instead of direct reports, this role will
have a coordination role with various stakeholders from Switzerland and China R&D / Product
Management teams, as well as market organisation teams globally.
Broad Scope: Lab Electrochemistry – pH, Conductivity, Ion selective, Redox, Dissolved oxygen
Job Description:
• Designing and execution of scientific research /application-based projects
• Functional testing/ applicative testing of various sensors, solutions,
meters and firmwares from the product portfolio
• Handle experiments using different analytical techniques required for R&D and
testing projects
• Proactive and clean business/scientific communication with all stake holders.
• As an individual contributor, running a fully equipped electrochemistry lab and taking up
the maintenance responsibility.
• Create high level documentation and process traceability.
• Literature search, experimental set up, designing and executing application and testing
tasks, to be performed in these positional responsibilities.
What You Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualification / Requirements:
• PhD or Post Doc from reputed Indian Institute or from USA/West European
countries.
• Having 2-3 years of previous hands-on knowledge in research required.
• Electrochemistry, Basic Chemistry and Material Science knowledge required.
• High energy driving and strong result orientation.
• Excellent multilevel communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong intercultural understanding since you will be working in a global team with
worldwide exposure.
• Ability to work independently with own team as well as with different teams of the
matrix.
