Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Core responsibilities:
Campaign execution
Drive the creation and execution of campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and other relevant platforms, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Support the timely rollout of campaign assets and activities in line with marketing priorities and agreed timelines.
Global eNewsletter and brand awareness projects
Manage the Global eNewsletter and coordinate inputs needed for successful delivery.
Support brand awareness initiatives, including activities connected to video production and podcast promotion.
Performance analysis
Analyze the results of marketing activities and identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and grow audience engagement.
Maintain visibility on campaign outcomes and contribute to ongoing improvement through data-based recommendations
Training and team coordination
Coordinate quarterly LAB Marketing MO Update calls and LAB Newsletters.
Support the communication, logistics, and preparation of materials required for these activities.
Team support and ad hoc activities
Support the marketing team with additional projects and tasks on an ad hoc basis according to business needs.
Contribute to smooth team operations by assisting with coordination and execution across a variety of marketing workstreams.
Support the team on ad hoc marketing projects, coordination tasks, and operational needs.
What You Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualification / Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing. Experience working with digital marketing tools such as CMS platforms, email marketing tools, paid and organic social media channels, and Canva or similar tools for creating assets. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Basic awareness of campaign tracking and performance monitoring, with a good understanding of multi-channel marketing and digital campaign workflows.
Familiarity with CMS platforms, email tools, and paid and organic social media channels.
Confidence in handling cross-functional communication and follow-up, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interpret activity results and identify improvement opportunities.
Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Structured and dependable approach to day-to-day work.
Comfort with administrative, reporting, and operational support tasks.
Confident use of Microsoft Office.
Customer-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
Ability to work well across teams and stakeholders.
Proactive and reliable approach.
Experience with Canva or similar tools is an added advantage.
