Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Position - Assistant Manager, Accounts Payable
Based in Mumbai, India and reporting to the Manager, Accounts Payable

Role
  • Accounts Payable Operations - Oversee end to end AP processes for India entity including 
  • invoice processing, payment runs, vendor reconciliations
  • Team Leadership & People Management-Lead and monitor a team of 8-10 members
  • Process Improvement & Control- Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous 
  • improvement initiatives.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Management -Prepare AP MIS reports including aging analysis, 
  • payment forecasts, and operational metrics.
  • Vendor Management -Ensure timely vendor reconciliations and act as the primary escalation 
  • point for vendor queries and payment issues
Shift Timings 
9.00 am to 6.00 pm (Monday to Friday) with overtime requirements.
Candidate must be flexible to work rotational shift as well.
What You Need to Succeed
Qualification: MBA in Finance

Technical Skills
Indian Accounts Payable experience and strong knowledge of procure-to-pay

Skills 
  • Good understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS compliance
  • Experience in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)

Soft Skills 
  • Strong business communication (written and verbal)
  • MS office tools proficiency
  • Good interpersonal skills
