Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • 1. Planning and execution of all type of Service Calls on Weekly / Monthly basis without any escalation. Ensuring Top quality service to both internal and external customers for Anachem &LabTech Instrument. 
    2. Improve Customer Experience through technical solutions, communication skills, proactive planning
  • 3. Demonstrate good technical knowledge of Anachem & LabTech scales / products
  • 4. Generate leads for services and products based on customer needs
  • 5. Take ownership and deliver on the Key performance indicators for business and operations
  • 6. Responsible to build customer relationships
  • 7. Lead Anachem & Lab Service performance levels by demonstrating organization values through on-field services and through communication skills. Deliver on Good documentation practices as per organization plan.
  • Expected Key Deliverable: Timely PM/Response time /Installation in time/service revenue to be achieved/customer satisfaction/other service Kpi's                 
  • Products Handling -           Anachem, Analytical and Precision balances             
  • Allocated Target -               As defined by organization             
  • Industrial Segment Cater to -Pharma, Chemical, Life sciences, Research labs  


What You Need to Succeed

  • Diploma or B.E in Electronics / Instrumentation with min. 3-5yrs. Experience in similar field
  • Sound Knowledge on executing installation and operational qualifications of Instruments as per quality documentation systems and good documentation practices.
  • Experience on Anachem &Analytical Instruments would be a added advantage.
  • Language proficiency: English - Good Verbal and written communication skills are a must. Other local / regional language proficiency would be an advantage
