    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
    • Qualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA 
    • You must have Experience of 7 to 10 years. 
    • Knowledge of software development processes and agile methodologies 
    • Experience working with project teams following agile frameworks.
    • Knowledge of project management processes 
    • Experience in auditing software projects. 
    • Experience in process definition and deployment (training and coaching)
    • Experience in using ALM/Configuration management tools e.g., Azure DevOps, GIT 
    • Experience in collaborating with multi-cultural team.
    • Excellent communication skills and soft skills and good collaborator
    • Knowledge and experience in performing quality activities to meet international quality standards and models (like ISO 9001:2015) 
    • Certification/Qualification like Lean/Six Sigma, Lead Auditor, CSM, Scaled Agile is an added advantage.
    • Experience in performing statistical analysis using tools (like Excel SPC, Minitab etc.)
    • Knowledge on developing process capability baselines at project level
    • Experience in performing root cause analysis using tools like 5-why analysis, 3*5 why, 8D, fishbone and pareto analysis.
    What You Need to Succeed
    • Perform quality assurance activities as per QA plan for allocated divisions.
    • Provide process consultancy (areas like Product Lifecycle Management, Quality Management System, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Industry best practices)
    • Provide process training (On-boarding, QMS deployment and specific topics like RCA) 
    • Process consultancy for metrics-based management and Process Capability baseline 
    • Compliance checks for milestone reviews (for specific projects)
    • Perform project specific/Internal audits. 
    • Support Quality Management System updates
    • Shares independent process compliance reports to senior management for allocated divisions.
    • Provide guidance to software projects to comply with applicable ISO standards and regulatory requirements (as applicable).
    • Supports Organizational Quality and process improvement initiatives.
