Hiring for the role of Associate - Imports

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

    • Forward / arrange Supplier’s shipping document to Customs broker agent (CHA) after checking all details.
    • Follow up with Customs broker agent for on time BOE checklist.
    • Follow up with Freight forwarder for AWB and shipment ETA.
    • Check BOE checklist with respect to supplier’s shipping document.
    • Co-ordinate with CHA for BOE filing.
    • Coordinate with Account for customs duty payment.
    • Coordinate with CHA for on time customs clearance.
    • Preparation of Import certificate like CHIMS, PIMS. NFMIMS, SIMS
    • shipment details. GRN processing.
    • Communicate customs query with stake holder and get it resolved.
    • Check CHA and FF bills and submission accounts for payment.
    • Must knowledge – HSN, Customs, Freight, IGM, Custom tariff,



What You Need to Succeed
  • Good understanding of import & export procedure with formalities.
  • Experience & knowledge of RODTEP, COO, ECL Wallet, ice Gate, DGFT.
  • Operational excellence knowledge and experience of working on project.
  • Knowledge of logistics in general and import and export specifically.
  • Knowledge of customs regulations, HSN , duty rates , Tax, etc..
  • Ability to assess underlying business impact of a specific course pf action and business / process changes understanding of business processes and business in general.
  • Customer focused.
  • Fluent written and reading English is required.
