ØExpand MT’s spares & services business and manage projects, contract services and relationships with customers.

ØGenerate service leads and product cross-leads

ØDevelop competency in product application, segment specified knowledge and regulatory compliance standards. Successful in completing services and assigned service responsibilities; regular updating of service management tools and service reports. Proper managing of service job schedule and service tools. Meeting service sales targets and agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

ØCombine technical knowledge with customer management skills to articulate technology and product positioning to both the business and technical users and ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the service process
