Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine performance verification and preventative maintenance
- Install and commission new equipment
- Diagnose and rectify equipment breakdowns efficiently
- Promote audits, calibrations, and validation activities
- Meet KPIs and complete all administrative tasks on time
- Travel regularly to customer sites
- Manage and maintain stock effectively
What You Need to Succeed
What We’re Looking For
- Customer-facing service experience: You’ll be confident working directly with customers, understanding their needs, resolving issues on-site, and communicating clearly and professionally.
- Technical expertise: Strong hands-on experience in electrical, electronic, and mechanical engineering. You’ll be comfortable diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and performing maintenance across a range of systems
