Financial Analyst

포지션 및 역할
The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities to help management make informed business decisions. The role involves preparing financial reports, conducting variance and trend analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and partnering with business stakeholders to drive performance improvement.
자격요건

ØAssist in preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, Flash, Monthly analysis report and long-range financial plans.

ØPerform detailed variance and trend analysis on revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and key cost drivers.

ØConduct costing and inventory analysis, reconcile inventory balances, and investigate significant variances or write-offs.

ØAssist with cash flow and capex management.

ØMonitoring accounting records to ensure overall P&L and BS according to company policies and estimation during closing

ØWork closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations and finance-related projects.

Support ad-hoc financial analysis

고용조건
1. 시차 출퇴근제도, 재택근무 제도를 실시합니다. (*Internal Policy를 따르며, 담당 직무의 성격에 따라 부서장 책임 하에 조정 가능.) 
2. 주 40시간 근무하고, 연차유급휴가는 근로기준법 기준에 따라 부여합니다.
3. 8호선 문정역에서 도보 3분 거리입니다. (지하 통로로 연결)
4. 자기계발비 지원(월 10만원 한도), 설/추석/근로자의 날 각 10만원 상품권 지급, 건강검진 연1회 실시(본인 외 동반 1인 포함)합니다.
