Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

CRM Data Cleanup & Management

• Audit, clean, and standardize customer records within the CRM database.

• Identify data inconsistencies, duplicates, and incomplete entries, and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain data integrity by following established data governance standards.

Customer Outreach & Data Qualification

• Contact customers via phone or email to verify and update key information.

• Conduct structured qualification calls to confirm accuracy of customer profiles, contact details, and

business information.

• Document all interactions and updates in the CRM system.

SAP Transition Support

• Participate in project‑based SAP migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and testing.

• Collaborate with IT, project managers, and business teams to ensure smooth data transfer from CRM to

SAP.

• Assist in identifying process gaps and recommending improvements for the new system.

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
Strong experience in data cleaning, transformation, and visualization
Proficient in SQL and experience with data manipulation tools such as Python, R, or similar
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience working with large datasets
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus
Excellent in MS EXCEL
