Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As an Assistant in Accounting (f/m/d) you will be supporting AR Team in daily accounting duties and month-end closing activities of various reporting units.

Your responsibilities:

Contact customers regarding the settlement of overdue receivables in different languages,
Attaching emails in SAP
Checking if the customer’s orders have been released
Daily contact with the customers to clear their accounts and solve the problems
Processing emails on generic mailboxes
Daily contact with different business areas

What You Need to Succeed

Educational background in Accounting, Finance & Banking, Economics or related field (preferred),
Proficiency in English (min. C1),
Ability to work 20 hours per week,
Numerical and analytical skills and attention to details,
Very good planning and organizing skills to be able to meet tight deadlines,
Good communication skills.

This will be you extra asset:

Knowledge of SAP,
Other language e.g. French.
