Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Service Sales: Forecasting, Planning, Execution & Collection for Service Products. Align & manage Tele sales, Service Sales, Inside Sales & Contract Admin teams. Healthy sales pipeline through leads & opportunities mapping
Delegation & Tracking of all Service Calls on Weekly / Monthly basis without any escalation. Ensuring top quality service to both internal and external customers
Improve Customer Experience by seeking feedback through regular site visits
Team Management: Ensure training, upgrade skills & continually motivate for excellent performance.
Territory mapping to ensure better reach to customer & thereby achieve all Service KPI's
Ownership, Accountability & Responsibility to deliver on Key performance indicators for Business & Operations thereby build customer relationship
Engage with team for their overall development so as to deliver on all expectations
Close alignment with all internal stake holders

What You Need to Succeed

B.E in Electronics / Instrumentation with min. 15yrs+ Work experience in Team Management, Business Accumen, Customer Management & Service Delivery
Language proficiency: English - Good Verbal and written communication skills are a must
Knowledge of Excel & Data Analytics
Service Experience on Analytical/Industrial Instruments would be an added advantage
