- Vendor Invoice Processing in SAP (PO as well as NON-PO)
- Should be able to handle invoice exception query for PO and Non-PO of team.
- Handling AP helpdesk query through generic/personal mails.
- Handling urgent invoice processing request.
- Meeting productivity and quality benchmark defined from time to time
- Flexible for working in shift or late sitting in month-end (if require)
- SAP Experience must.
- Ensures compliance with data privacy
Shift Timings:
Shift time would be 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM (US Shift) & 9:00PM to 6:00 AM (Flexible as required for Mexico shift)
Flexible to work in different shift and extended working hours as per requirement.
What You Need to Succeed
Educational Qualification: B. Com or M Com
Technical Skills:
- SAP experience in vendor master data management (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge about MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Soft Skills:
- Good communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
- Strong process knowledge with focus on constantly improving productivity and processes.
