We are looking to hire a Customer Service Advocate for our Mississauga location. As a customer Service Advocate you will as the primary contact for contract customers within the service support team. You will ensure service delivery aligns with contracts, manage key customer relationships, drive process improvements, and support business growth and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Act as primary customer advocate and collaborate with business teams to improve performance and profitability.
- Analyze accounts, manage escalations, and lead corrective actions.
- Coordinate service delivery with third-party providers and internal teams.
- Prepare contract renewals, presentations, and financial analysis.
- Audit customer billings and payments to ensure accuracy.
- Address customer feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage relationships between XRAY RECLAIM and channel partners to ensure seamless service.
- Lead special projects related to contract customers to enhance operational efficiency and satisfaction.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technical field, operations, logistics, or a related discipline preferred, but relevant work experience will also be considered.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred, or a combination of experience and training in customer service or technical support roles.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable navigating internet browsers and related software tools.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting policies, operating procedures, commercial contracts, and technical documentation.
- Excellent customer service orientation, strong analytical and reasoning abilities, complemented by above-average written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to do overtime.
- Willing to work five days onsite at the Bolton office.
