Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ServiceNow Intern to join our IT team. This internship provides hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, allowing you to learn about IT service management and business process automation.

Help troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents.
Assist in the configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform.
Participate in developing and testing new ServiceNow features.
Support the IT team in maintaining ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Document processes and assist with user training materials.

What You Need to Succeed

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of IT service management concepts.
Familiarity with ServiceNow platforms or similar ITSM tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
