Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Supports business owners to ensure fast and efficient customer order fulfilment
Liaison between Regional Back Office, Sales teams
Unit specialist in Order Fulfillment process for SAM and SVC
Selected order processing and quote maintenance
Order resolution and management until billing
Return order management
Actively pursue continuous process improvement to the PO to STO process as well as ARMs process

What You Need to Succeed

Mandatory:

Diploma/Degree in a professional discipline
Prior experience in similar capacity or in customer service/support functions

Preferred:

Experienced with SAP
Good commercial or business process knowledge
