Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Rep to join our team. This individual will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth pre-sales experience. Here's what you will be responsible for:

Use excellent communication skills and best practices when interacting with customers.
Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Develop understanding of our products to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.
Responsible for customer follow-up and closing deals.
Achieve sales goals and quotas.
Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
Other duties may be assigned.

What You Need to Succeed

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales, or related sales experience preferred.

Other qualifications include:

Comfortable making and receiving calls and talking to new people daily
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with existing and potential customers
Persuasive and goal oriented
Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
