Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Analyse functional and technical requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and automation coverage.
Develop and maintain reusable, scalable, and reliable automated test scripts.
Perform UI and API automation using modern tools and frameworks.
Contribute to contract testing activities to validate service interactions and integrations.
Identify technical issues, dependencies, and risks, and communicate them clearly to project stakeholders.
Participate in defect triage, regression testing, and root cause analysis.
Maintain test documentation, execution evidence, and related quality records.
Review test cases, automation code, and associated test artifacts to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support timely and high-quality software delivery.
Continuously improve automation practices by adopting standards, best practices, and maintainable design approaches.

What You Need to Succeed

Familiarity with BDD/TDD practices. Experience working in agile environments.
Strong test automation background.
Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, and clean code principles.
Experience with Playwright and/or Selenium.
Hands-on experience in API testing.
Proven track record of requirement analysis, test design and defect management.
Ability to create clean, reusable, and maintainable automation code.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Nice to have skills

Knowledge of Laboratory domain / Automated Chemistry systems.
Knowledge of testing in connected systems.
Exposure to or experience in contract testing.
Exposure to or experience in non-functional testing (Compatibility, Performance, Security, Accessibility).
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation integration into delivery workflows.
ISTQB or similar certification.
