Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Responsible for the software design and development of new products, to ensure the research and development progress, quality and cost.
Responsible for the preparation and review of the design scheme of software features to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the design output.
Responsible for the research, evaluation and introduction and application of new technologies
Responsible for the MOL products and solve the problems of user feedback in a timely manner.
Cooperate with project leader, hardware team and other members.
Cross-unit cooperation among MT-Global and MT-China.

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor or above, Automation, Computer Science or similar education background.
Good proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Over 5 years of software development experience，proficient in embedded systems programming, familiar with C/C++ or other relevant programming languages.
Familiar with industrial software environments, especially at the device and control layer, such as PLCs (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi).
Familiar with industrial protocols, industrial control networks, industrial software, and cybersecurity fields, with a deep understanding of the working principles and mechanisms of IoT terminal devices.
Familiar with commonly used protocols in the industrial field, such as OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, Profibus, RS485, HART, and industrial ethernet.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Agile practices.
Possess good coding style, programming, and testing habits, and able to write high-quality design documents.
Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn and share new technologies.
Familiar with the overall architecture of IoT systems and edge computing, and proficient in commonly used edge technologies such edge storage, data encryption, and security technologies (Preferred).
Experience in implementing or managing IIOT device projects (Preferred).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their applications in IIOT(Preferred).
Experience in software architecture design, project management or requirements analysis (Preferred).
