Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Qualification: BE / B.Tech / M.E / M. Tech
You must have experience of 8 - 10 years with at least five years of requirements management
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Experience in requirements management tools, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools required
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and reports, generate simple schedules and analyse large volumes of data
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively and establish good working relationships
Conversant with agile software development processes / methodologies

What You Need to Succeed

Define product requirements. Translate product requirements into software requirements
Manage requirements for retail software products (embedded and cloud-based systems)
Ensure requirements fully documented, traceable and in line with requirements management plan
Manage both functional and non-functional requirements
Validate requirements with respect to Stakeholder Requirements
Review Requirements with team
Evaluate and ensure that the deliverable meets the acceptance criteria by proper testing techniques.
Provide status reports for requirements capture, validation and verification
Create and maintain product specification documents for internal and customer approval
Liaise with business functions to support design development activities
Support engineering change management process
Be able to communicate efficiently and clearly with team and customers
Participate as a team member in Agile scrum deliveries
Working in international environment with a multicultural team
Exhibit excellent team spirit and good in communication
High degree of proficiency in English language, knowledge of German language will be an added advantage
