Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Test Development（70%）

Design, develop, and maintain software automation testing frameworks and testing toolchains.
Develop software automation test scripts to continuously improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Lead the setup, management, and optimization of testing environments and equipment in the software automation testing lab.
Participate in the and review of test requirements analysis, test cases/scheme design, and test plan development to effectively ensure product software quality.
Analyze test results and compile test reports, track defect fixes, and conduct regression verification.

Technical Development (30%)

Work closely with the development team to continuously enhance the testability of software, such as software reliability, performance, and compatibility.
Lead the exploration of new automated testing methods and the introduction, development, and practical application of new tools to continuously improve software continuous integration and continuous deployment capabilities.
Guide other engineers in the team on test script development and the use of testing tools.

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Communication Engineering, Instrumentation, or related fields.
More than 3 years of experience in software automation testing frameworks or software design and development.
Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Python, C/C++, Java, or C#.
Familiar with software testing processes, methodologies, and commonly used testing tools.
Good English writing and speaking skills.
Good communication skills and a strong team spirit.
Industrial instrumentation industry experience is preferred.
Experience in project management or team management is preferred.
