Key Responsibilities

Carry out routine performance verification and preventative maintenance
Install and commission new equipment
Diagnose and rectify equipment breakdowns efficiently
Promote audits, calibrations, and validation activities
Meet KPIs and complete all administrative tasks on time
Travel regularly to customer sites
Manage and maintain stock effectively

What You Need to Succeed

What We’re Looking For

Customer-facing service experience: You’ll be confident working directly with customers, understanding their needs, resolving issues on-site, and communicating clearly and professionally.
Technical expertise: Strong hands-on experience in electrical, electronic, and mechanical engineering. You’ll be comfortable diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and performing maintenance across a range of systems
